Who you are dealing with

This site is operated by Harrysson & Co AB, trading as Harrysson & Co, based in Sweden. You can reach us at simon@harrysson.co.

The products

We sell digital products such as online guides and downloadable files. The description on the product page tells you what is included and how it is delivered. After purchase, access is delivered by email and, where relevant, kept available to you online.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. We do not see or store your full card details.

Access, downloads and refunds

Our products are digital content supplied immediately. By completing your purchase and accessing the content, you ask us to begin delivery at once and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content once delivery has started.

If something is wrong with a product, or it does not match its description, contact us and we will make it right. Any satisfaction guarantee stated on the product page applies in addition to your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Purchased content is licensed for your personal use. Please do not resell, redistribute or publish it. The interactive demo is provided for evaluation; do not submit confidential information through it or use it to process content you are not allowed to share.

Liability

The products and demos are provided in good faith for general guidance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts. This does not remove any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.
